JLR often “hides” some vehicle options that you (or the first owner) haven’t paid for. Some of these options are software only, some software and hardware - but, again, a lot of times this hardware is already pre-installed.

We are able to activate these options, also re-flashing an existing hardware with an updated software if needed.

Here’s the list of the activations that we could perform:

  • Global Window Open/Close (allows you to open/close the windows from a remote)
  • Activate fog lights while a High-Beam is switched on
  • Proximity Locking/UnLocking (Defender, Discovery 5, L460, Velar, Evoque, F-Pace, I-Pace) - we’re able both to activate and de-activate this function
  • Auto Stop Start Memory (Defender, Discovery 5, L405, L460, L494, Velar, Evoque, F-Pace, E-Pace) - remembers a Stop/Start state per key - no need to disable this system every time you restart an engine
  • Adaptive Cruise Control (Defender, Discovery 5, Velar, Evoque, Discovery Sport, F-Pace, E-Pace, I-Pace) - most of these vehicles have a cruise control radar pre-installed, just not activated
  • Auto High Beam Assist (Defender, Discovery 5, L405, L494, Velar, Evoque, Discovery Sport, F-Pace, E-Pace, I-Pace)
  • Dynamic Mode/Dynamic-i/Configurable Dynamic Mode (Defender, Discovery 5, L405, L494, Velar, Evoque, Discovery Sport, F-Pace, I-Pace)
  • Fake Engine Noise Disable (Defender, Discovery 5, L405, L494, Velar, Evoque, Discovery Sport, F-Pace, I-Pace)
  • WiFi Hotspot (Defender, Discovery 5, L460, Velar, Evoque, Discovery Sport, F-Pace, E-Pace, I-Pace)
  • Blind Spot Assist (Discovery 5, L405, L494, Velar, Evoque, Discovery Sport)
  • Terrain Response 2 (Defender, Discovery 5, Velar, Evoque, F-Pace)
  • All Terrain Progress Control (Defender, Discovery 5, L405, Sport (L494), Velar, F-Pace)
  • Park Assist (Defender, Discovery 5, L405, L460, L494, Velar, F-Pace)
  • Configurable Driver Mode Memory (Defender, L460, Velar, Discovery Sport, E-Pace, I-Pace)
  • Adaptive Driving Beam (L460, Velar)
  • Hot Stone Massage (L405, L460, L494)
  • Apple CarPlay & Android Auto (every vehicle with the NGI infotainment system)
  • Advanced Tow Assist
  • Configurable Terrain Response combination
  • Remote Release Tailgate
  • Adaptive Off-Road Cruise Control (SV)
  • Defender 007 (disable 007 start-up screen)
  • SV Bespoke welcome screen
